| How do I register? |
| |

You can always see available sailings and rates without being registered - but to complete a booking transaction you must be logged in, so you will need to have registered previously. |
| • |
We recommend that you take a short time to complete your registration before you will actually want to make a shipment. |
| • |
Just click on the "Register" link available at the top right of every page. The information we require is very straightforward, and the minimum necessary for us to carry out the shipment process efficiently. Youship.com abides by a very strong Privacy Policy. |

Some of the information you provide during registration is defaulted into your bookings to make the booking process even quicker. |
| • |
More than one employee from the same company can register with youship.com, so there is no need to "share" passwords - indeed, we recommend against this practice! Behind the scenes we will link users from the same company, and all company information will be available to all registered users of that company. So if someone is on leave, colleagues can still access or update his, or her, shipment details. Information remains Confidential to your company throughout. |

Your first Booking |
| |

The sea freight rates you see on the youship.com website are available to anyone who wishes to make a booking. Rates are only "held" when you start to complete a booking. You will then be guaranteed the shown rate for 60 minutes even if rates change while you are in the booking process. However if you do not complete your booking within 60 minutes, you need to look up the rate again, and depending on market conditions it might have changed. |

Before you can complete your first booking, you must register your company details and establish your password (see "How do I register?" above). |

Also when making your first booking, we will need to obtain full shipping information from you so that we can comply with our statutory requirements to lodge manifests with customs. |

Repeat bookings are even easier: youship.com will remember information such as the consignee and notify party from previous shipments and this is available for you to select again without tedious typing. Other details of your most recent shipments will also be retained, and will be presented as default options for you to select - but if you are selling to someone else you can of course input new consignee and other details. |

Payment Options |

youship.com offers a number of simple payment options, but because of government regulations, banking and shipping practices not all are available in all countries.
With payment being made online by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), youship.com provides an invoice with your payment confirmation. This will meet normal accounting requirements.

For a specific enquiry, go to the youship.com home page : select the country and then load port where you want to send cargo from; then select the destination country and port to view which vessels are available, the freight rates, and the space availability. |

When registering as a youship.com customer, you can request regular schedules to be sent to you by email to assist your forward planning. |

Documentation

Bills of Lading and Waybills

All shipments will be covered under the terms similar to the standard Maersk Line Bill of Lading. See Terms & Conditions for full details. |

youship.com customers will be provided with an E/Doc which is instantly issued upon booking and payment completion.

youship.com does not provide an option to generate a traditional original bill of lading or a seawaybill. |
| • |
Only one E/Doc will be issued per youship.com booking: i.e. there will be no split or combine facility available for youship.com documentation. |

|
Empty container release and Laden Container Advice

The youship.com booking confirmation may be printed and photocopied by customers for use as the empty container release and laden container advice, where this is acceptable to container depots and terminals in certain countries. |

| Fees and Charges

Rates and charges for all services are applicable to all transacting customers on equal terms. |
| • |
Public Sea Freight rates may vary at any time dependent on booking demand. So even if you checked a vessel and rate yesterday, that same rate may not be available when you return to make a booking. As a general rule rates are lower for early bookings, however this may vary depending on market conditions. |
| • |
For Port to Port shipments, any charges that are not included in the Prepaid freight will be for the account of the consignee i.e. Destination PSC/THC, and Destination Documentation Fee as well as any destination detention or demurrage fees incurred. Note that youship® offers customers the ability to pre-pay Destination PSC/THC and Destination Documentation Fee for some countries if required by terms of shipment.

Cancellation Fees

A Cancellation Fee may apply if you cancel a shipment or part of a shipment. |
| • |
If freight was paid at the time of the original booking, any applicable Cancellation Fee must be paid, (by credit card or direct debit), at the time of making the cancellation. This is deducted from the amount of your original payment and the balance is refunded to you. |

Amendment Fees
|
| |
|
|

| Amendment fees may apply to certain types of amendment that you wish to make to your shipment details, such as :- |

Transferring the total booking (all containers on that booking) to another vessel close to or after export cut off |
| • |
Transferring one or more (but not all) of a number of containers on a booking to another vessel close to or after export cut off |
| • |
Changing commercial details such as consignee |
| The level of the fee will depend on what stage of the shipment process you have made the amendment. An early amendment will have a lower associated amendment fee. |
| If you transfer a booking to another vessel, the rate that applies will be the higher of the original rate you paid or the rate prevailing on the vessel you are transferring to. |
| Payment method for Amendment Fees must be confirmed before the amendment can be actioned by youship.com. |

| Optional services

| In some countries youship.com may be able to offer additional services, such as |

We will tell you the price for all these optional services before you buy, and your single payment covers everything that you have asked us to do. Some or all of these additional services may not be available in all countries.

On confirmation of your shipment, full details are available for you to view and print within youship.com on the booking confirmation screen, so you can utilise "email to a friend" - perhaps to your customer, colleagues overseas, or consignee/notify party. This means that they have immediate confirmation that their order is on the way. You can email either the booking details alone, or booking and charges details. |

You can also separately print or email the invoice/charges details (say for your accounts department) for your records. |
