Transfer of booking
| 1. |
The option is available to be able to transfer or part-transfer your bookings to other vessel departures subject to space availability. |
| 2. |
To do this, you will need to submit the card details for the payment. |
| 3. |
This process will be treated as a cancellation and new booking. |
| 4. |
The sea freight applicable on the new booking will be whichever is the higher between the old booking and the new booking. |
| 5. |
The new booking will obtain it's original E/Doc number. |
| 6. |
A new notification will be issued detailing new booking confirmation and the transfer fee applicable. |
Split transfer
| 1. |
In this case, this procedure will be treated as part cancellation and new booking. |
| 2. |
Refund processes are exactly the same as for an entire transfer, but this time a refund will be generated against the part being cancelled and a new payment generated against the new booking of the part being transferred along with it's associated E/Doc number. |
| 3. |
As with a whole transfer, the sea freight applicable for the new booking will be the higher of the two. |
| 4. |
Again, a cancellation fee will be applied, and the refund will be the net difference between the freight on the old booking and the freight on the new booking. |
| 5. |
You will then receive a notification for both the old and the new booking transactions. |
