Overview
Your contact details for each shipment can be updated easily by entering the new information in the spaces provided.
Updating Contact Details
To update the contact details for a shipment, simply select "Change contact details" from the Amend a Booking page. Enter the new details in the spaces provided.
Changes to contact details may incur an administration fee.
Payment
If an administration fee is incurred, you will need to pay this amount using credit card prior to your change being accepted.
