A Simple Process
Booking freight with youship is a simple process, involving as little as 3 steps - Booking & Shipping Details, Summary and Payment.
Booking & Shipping Details
The Booking & Shipping Details step allows you to enter all of the contact details for the shipment - shipper, consignee and notify party - as well as selecting the additional services you would like to include with your shipment. These include haulage to port of load and from destination; customs clearance; and insurance.
Booking Summary
Once you have completed all of the steps of the booking process a summary screen will be presented detailing your booking. At this stage you have the option of changing any of your details and re-calculating the charges for your shipment. Once you are satisfied that you have everything you need, you can proceed to the Payments step of the process.
Payment
You can pay for your shipment using one of two methods: credit card - which is processed through a secure, external payment gateway; or direct debit, if you have been approved for this facility. Once your booking has been paid, it will be confirmed. You will receive an email containing all of your booking details and instructions for preparing any paperwork - such as customs documents.
