General Security
1. Passwords
(a) Customers are responsible for establishing and updating their Customer Registration Record on youship.com at all times.
(b) The Customer is responsible for all of its own internal security measures such as who is authorised to register for youship.com service and obtain a Password to use the youship.com service. Sharing of passwords is not allowed. More than one person per company can register on youship.com.
(c) The Customer is responsible for ensuring that only those persons who are authorised to utilise youship.com within its organisation have a current Registration and persons who have left the employ of the organisation no longer have such access. Customers should advise the youship.com business unit via the Contact us link when an employee's youship.com registration record is to be cancelled.
(d) youship.com (a business unit of A.P.Moller-Maersk A/S) has the right in its sole discretion to remove Customer access to the youship.com website at any time and for any reason.
2. SSL Encryption
Encryption of information between the Customer and youship.com is provided by industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption technology. This helps the security of communications between customers and youship.com.
3. Payment processing (credit card)
Payment processing for credit card payments through youship.com will be handled by an external vendor - The Hongkong & Shangai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC). All credit card transactions are handled by HSBC which interfaces directly with card issuing banks. youship.com does not store credit card information.
4. Virus software
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that virus software is installed on its computer.
Technical Requirements
1. Browser Requirements
The youship.com website supports the following browsers:
(a) Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 5 or above
(b) Netscape all versions, except 6.0
(c) Mozilla Firefox
The recommended browser is Microsoft's Internet Explorer
2. Browser Encrytion settings
youship.com only supports 128 bit high encryption. This is the highest level of protection possible for all your Internet communications, including credit card use and financial transactions. Customers will need to upgrade their browsers to 128-bit high encryption, if not currently available. Below are links for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and Mozilla Firefox for free upgrade.

3. Monitor Settings
The youship.com website is designed to be viewed at minimum resolution of 800x600 pixels.
4. Other Software
